We are just looking into the idea of outsourcing lead generation to expand our customer base. Our target market is small/soho businesses.
Can anyone recommend a company in this sector - a company they have personally used and found work.

I have used a telemarketing company before, with mixed results. Nowadays I rent a couple of lists and do mailshots/phone calls myself. The problem I had with the telemarketers was the quality of the appointments they made.
