This is for all Members of the Forum....
I am the Director and Managing Partner of Tranzition International Services,an offshore outsourcing service unit...and i am announcing in this Forum that this Gentleman..Mr.Divakar Jha is Not from my company he is no way associated with my company...i cant understand how come he is using my company name and trying to get business...This is totally ridiculous and unethical..
Am asking this gentleman to stop this malpractice immediately and remove all such postings from forums,otherwise i will be forced to take legal action on grounds of company Act ..
My company is an established Registered Firm and we have not given any permission nor rights to anyone to use our website or official informations to get business..
