I have been working on opening up a coffee shop for the last few months. Finally the place I want has gone on the market and coincided perfectly with everyone talking about the 'credit crunch', fuel increases etc etc. Will I get a single customer?

Should I stop right now? Does the fact that I worried show my lack of passion and ultimate failure? Why has my husband, once so willing to remortgage the house and support me, gone very quiet?
