Hi Karl, Here are some ideas: your masthead -I like the blue and the left graphic your picture needs to be altered with photoshop -get rid of the white things behind your head -very distracting. Also consider obtaining a professionally taken photo of yourself- I worked as a professional photog in my previous lives and that one could be improved. - on your sales -tell them what you can do for them rather than telling them all the things that can go wrong. use a phrase such as -let me speed up your learning curve and save time and money or whatever -I found that you were trying to justify your job rather than focus in on sales and performance. -the customer wants to make money and reduce costs and save time -a start up mentor or a business coach. If I was starting I would be more interested in the business coach -also you need to impress people with your track record - a bulleted list of achievements or positions or education would help there you go some quick thoughts -good luck! I'm semi retired so basically am just playing with my 18 websites. There was a time when we could be experts but now the best we can do is understand a thin sliver of the industry and have a sense of where it is going and what can be done. Cheers! ron battiston superiorwebs.com (canada)
