Good Morning.
We have recently launched a Virtual Reception Website which is located at http://www.virtual-reception.co.uk and we are looking for your feedback. We are looking for feedback on the general look of the site, its functionality and the easy of information flow.
Virtual Reception
If you could be as critical as you can be about the site i would appreciate it. I am aware of a few spelling errors which we are changing at the moment.

Hi
Thanks for this. I have noticd this but it is the java script from the Liveperson Code. I am afraid that we cant change this code as Live Chat is a valuable piece of software.

Nice looking site. Lots of juicy keywords and nicely optimised.
It would be better if you were using valid code (not difficult to fix) and the live chat code won't cause errors if implemented correctly.
Not sure about the font size - it's very small.

I loved the design of the website, very easy to read with just enough information on each page that you dont get bored.
I just checked my own website with that validator and it has 20 errors! OOPS!
