Judges' Comments: Just five years' old, Asperity has recorded highly impressive year-on-year growth of over £80m in 2011. Its balance sheet shows no bank borrowings and no bank debt – and international expansion is well underway. The Reward Gateway flexible benefits service is used by more than 500 businesses already. Clients and employees alike have given a high approval rating and the judges were more than happy to give theirs too.
