Call centre set up

Hi all, I’m looking for some help deciding how to approach an aspect in a new business we are starting.
We are setting up a reservation service and are trying to decide if setting up our own call centre with 5 – 10 people is practical or if we should outsource to a company.
We will be working off our own “dashboard” taking inbound reservation calls for various clients with no selling needed.
Any experience/comments would be appreciated.
