Headspace to open “boutique” Marylebone co-workspace
Office provider's second London location will feature private kitchenettes and a Sonos soundsystem with space for teams of 10 employees or more
Startups 100-featured Headspace, a flexible workspace provider, has announced the upcoming launch of its second London location – a boutique workspace in Marylebone.
The 7,000 square feet site at Kenrick Place will feature office space for teams of 10 or more employees, each equipped with a private kitchenette and Sonos soundsystem. Tenants will also benefit from three meeting rooms, private booths, a refreshment bar, reception area and shower room, as well as an on site team.
Headspace launched its first site in Farringdon in 2013, to provide start-ups in the media, technology and creative sectors the support and facilities with the facilities needed to grow.
Jonathan Rosenblatt, managing director of the Headspace Group, commented:
“Marylebone has a unique village feel to it, right in the heart of London and we believe the space we’re creating is the perfect fit for the local area. We’re staying true to our brand and want to grow our loyal community in this location by building a fresh, beautiful space that businesses, their employees and clients can be proud of.
“We create an environment in which businesses can flourish and we’ve seen members securing tens of millions of pounds worth of funding; collaborating on various projects and participating in community events throughout the year. It’s exciting to be a part of!”
