Regus to open flexible workspace centre in Staines
The facility, launching later this year, is expected to offer virtual office services, meeting rooms, co-work space and 50 offices to local entrepreneurs
Global workspace provider Regus has announced that it will launch a facility in Staines later this year, providing local businesses and professionals with over 220 new workstations.
According to Regus, the centre will offer co-working space, virtual office services, meeting rooms bookable by the hour and approximately 50 offices of various sizes, all available on flexible terms.
Expected to open in Rourke House in Watermans Business Park on The Causeway, the centre will be located near to the M4 and M25, with Heathrow Airport a 15-minute drive away.
The site will also be served by the rail network, with Staines and Egham rail stations both a five-minute drive away, giving clients easy access to Central London.
Regus anticipates that the facility will attract local businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national and global firms looking to open satellite offices or establish themselves in the area.
Richard Morris, UK CEO at Regus, commented: “We’re delighted to announce that we will be opening a new location in Staines, a town which is home to a whole host of leading companies with particularly thriving tech and pharmaceutical industries.
“Our new site will be perfect for any business looking for an accessible location in the Thames Valley with excellent transport connections and make a welcome addition to our network in the South East.”
