From food and tech to apps and retail, this year’s 60 Startups Awards finalists showcase just what the UK has to offer when it comes to start-up talent and gave our judges the tough challenge of having to decide the 2015 Startups Awards winners.

Held at Coutts on 28 October, the panel – which included Cath Kidston MBE, Touker Suleyman, Jon Wright and Holly Tucker MBE, to name but a few – were tasked with determining which of the exceptional and inspiring start-up finalists deserved to win one of the 13 esteemed category titles, alongside the overall winner of Simply Business Startups Business of the Year 2015.

Watch the video below to find out what the judges had to say about the start-up finalists on the day and why they believe the annual Startups Awards is so important to the UK enterprise landscape…

Sponsors include Simply Business, Nominet, haysmacintyre, Big Red Cloud, MadeSimple Group, Experian and RBS.
