2014’s biggest investments: Huddle £40m

Zouk Capital and Hermes GPE’s Environmental Innovation Fund investment takes Huddle’s total funding to £59.3m ($89.2m)

After previously raising $24m in May 2012, London and San Francisco based cloud collaboration company Huddle raised approximately £40m ($51m) Series D funding backed by Zouk Capital and Hermes GPE’s Environmental Innovation Fund, taking the company’s total funding to £59.3m ($89.2m). Started in 2006 by Alastair Mitchell and Andy McLoughlin, the funding will be used to accelerate expansion into the US and Europe double its production team.
