30 new franchise opportunities with trade exchange chain Bartercards

Business-to-business franchise specialist has announced UK-wide expansion plans in conjunction with British Franchise Association membership

Business-to-business trade exchange franchise Bartercards has announced plans to welcome 30 new franchisees after being granted official membership of the British Franchise Association (bfa).

Founded in Australia, Bartercards allows members to trade products and services with one another in order to preserve cash. New franchisees will be expected to work at building relationships with small businesses through calls, direct marketing, and networking events; and promoting the “benefits” that Bartercard can bring to businesses. The chain claims to be the UK’s largest business-to-business trade exchange and hopes to grow its membership by 10,000 as part of its 10 year growth plan.

Bartercards says it has already witnessed expansion with new franchisees in Milton Keynes and Salisbury reporting rapid membership growth ahead of schedule.

Typical franchise costs range between £50,000 and £90,000 with training, mentorship and ongoing accounting and marketing support provided as part of this package.
