That’s why business broadband and phone provider Plusnet together with Startups.co.uk hand-picked an expert panel for a free marketing masterclass and Q&A.
The panel discussion took place in London in March 2017, was chaired by Startups.co.uk and included the UK’s best loved brands and most successful start-ups including Vita Coco’s UK CEO, Giles Brook; Gymbox founder, Richard Hilton; award winning entrepreneur and founder of Girl Meets Dress, Anna Bance; and ad agency Karmarama’s chief executive, Ben Bilboul.
In this video, Giles Brook, European CEO of Vita Coco, shares his tip for putting together a successful marketing campaign:
“First of all, really understand your consumer, who is your consumer? Go and ask them what they want to hear.
Secondly, from a marketing point of view, pick doing two or three things very well. Just do those very very well because it’s about doing a few things and having a bigger cut through.”
