Bizspace to open new ‘Work Lounge’ co-working space in Hove
Fourth site targeted at freelancers, self-employed and home workers
Office space provider Bizspace today announced the opening of its fourth ‘Work Lounge’ co-working space, based in Hove on the south coast.
Based in the Knoll Business Centre and opening this week, the Work Lounge will offer co-working office accommodation for up to 12 people at once, with the initiative largely targeted at sole traders, freelancers and start-up business owners.
It follows the introduction of such spaces in Bizspace’s premises in Letchworth Garden City, Manchester, and Brixton, and Bizspace said the decision was taken to open a fourth site following a large number of local customer enquiries.
The Work Lounge will be open 24 hours a day and contain free access to a meeting room, cark parking facilities and a private garden area.
Unlike other co-working spaces, there is no drop-in pay-as-you-go availability, with users paying for dedicated desks in advance.
Emma Long, sales and marketing director at Bizspace, said: “We are delighted to be further expanding our network of Work Lounges, which are proving extremely popular.
“Flexibility is key in a modern work environment and we are confident that The Work Lounge in Hove will allow businesses in the area to make a low-risk move into their first commercial property.”
