Bright & Beautiful franchise cleans up with new recruit

Female-run Domestic cleaning franchise has expanded its network with Horley territory

Domestic cleaning chain Bright & Beautiful has announced the addition of new franchisee Carly-Ann Cole who is set to open her cleaning venture in Horley this month.

Cole will be responsible for running the business and managing a team of domestic cleaners who will deliver a range of domestic care services to Horley, Redhill, Reigate, Smallfield, Earlswood, Salfords, Woodhatch and the surrounding area

Bright & Beautiful is an award-winning franchise that was launched by Rachel Ray in 2007.

It promotes ethical and sustainable business practices, is entirely female-run and works by linking cleaners with a small fixed group of clients. The chain has grown rapidly since launch and now has a turnover of over £3m and over 50 UK franchisees.

Franchise unit costs start at £15,995 (plus VAT) with franchisees promised a £50,000+ annual income with positive cashflow, alongside training and support.

Cole, a mum of two who previously worked in financial management roles, discussed why she joined Bright & Beautiful:

“I’ve always loved my home and think of it as my sanctuary, even more so since having my family, which is why launching Bright & Beautiful was the perfect business for me.

“I’ve moved from a very male dominated industry to working primarily with other women in my teams of housekeepers and it is great to be able to give them what I have always wanted for myself, an enjoyable way of working that fits around the family.”
