British Franchise Association awards Business Doctors full membership

Coaching chain said to be “first of its kind” to gain recognition from franchise industry body

National business coaching franchise Business Doctors has been accepted as a member of the British Franchise Association (bfa), having demonstrated a “proven trading and franchising record”.

Said to be an “industry first”, the coaching chain intends to utilise the accreditation from the trade body to attract other “excellent” franchisees to join its UK network.

Established in 2004 and launched as a franchise in 2008, Business Doctors provides small and medium-sized businesses with advice to drive growth, from strategies for sales and boosting profits to advice for effective people management, accessing finance and acquiring other businesses.

With 40 franchisees currently operating across the country, the consultancy chain is keen to expand and has local franchise packages available from £24,950 + VAT, as well as regional franchise opportunities which require an initial investment of £42,500 +VAT.

Business Doctors co-founder, Rod Davies, said: “Full bfa membership is another watershed for our franchise business, which is more than 10 years old now. It means we are a trusted and strong franchise brand, with excellence and mutual support across our network.”

Co-founder Matt Levington continued:

“It’s never easy finding really fantastic, experienced business people to deliver what we do; full bfa membership will certainly help.”
