Caremark franchisee sweeps British Franchise Association awards
Janis Anderson picks up Franchisee of the Year and Female Franchisee accolades in annual ceremony
The British Franchise Association held its annual awards ceremony last night, with Janis Anderson of home care franchise Caremark picking up the top Franchisee of the Year award.
Held at the ICC in Birmingham, the HSBC-sponsored ceremony aims to recognise outstanding achievement across the UK’s franchise sector in a number of categories.
In addition to winning the overall award, Aylesbury-based Anderson also won Female Franchisee of the Year, with both accolades given in recognition of the strong growth of Anderson’s two franchise locations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Other winners at last night’s ceremony included:
- Nick Dee Shapland, ServiceMaster (Customer Service Franchisee of the Year)
- Siggy Wilberg, Domino’s (Long-serving Franchisee of the Year)
- Ron and Shirley Maynard of greeting cards franchise Card Connection (Micro-business Franchisee of the Year)
- Steven Prime, Esquire Coffee Houses (Young Franchisee of the Year)
