A competitor monitoring software platform, launched this week, with the aim of allowing businesses to monitor any chosen website 24 hours a day. The cloud-based software service aims to provide customers with details of competitor pricing, product or service changes and client information, as well as the ability to keep track of existing or potential clients. Customers can also monitor the online presence of their own companies, by tracking social media discussions and media mentions of their brand. Launch clients taking an initial free trial include PR and marketing agencies, software companies and financial services, the company told Startups.
