Creative workspace provider Spaces announces new Glasgow site

Netherlands-based office provider’s Bath Street site will feature 80 desks for creative entrepreneurs, as well as a café and meeting rooms

Spaces, a provider of creative workspaces, has revealed Glasgow’s Bath Street as its next location, due to open in October.

The 29,223 square foot site – its second in the UK – will house more than 80 seats in its co-working area, as well as a café, private offices and meeting spaces. It will also feature a regular programme of business and networking events

The company, which was founded in the Netherlands in 2006, encourages its entrepreneur small business and corporate members to build their networks and collaborate with each other.

Martin Roordink, co-founder of Spaces, commented:

“The site is a perfect fit for Glasgow. This is a world-class city – dynamic, culturally vibrant, and enterprising – and Bath Street is one of its liveliest locations. Spaces gives members the opportunity to work alongside and meet fellow professionals who believe in the power of a collaborative, community approach to ideas generation and business growth.”
