Diamond Logistics to roll out 20 franchises in 2014

Courier company calling on entrepreneurs to expand network

Logistics and courier chain Diamond Logistics has announced plans to grow its network with 20 new franchise opportunities available for 2014.

Having successfully launched its franchise model last year with six franchisees already operating across South East England, the logistics specialists have secured significant funding to support further expansion in areas across London, the North West and the North East.

The company has already signed up new franchisees in Sheffield, Birmingham and Derby, due to open over the next month, and is encouraging individuals with an understanding of logistics and a strong sales track record to join its team.

Established in 1992, Diamond Logistics claims to be the only courier franchise in Britain to offer a full courier service in same day, next day, overnight and international consignments.

New franchisees can expect to receive initial training alongside ongoing and off site support from the chain’s Surrey headquarters.

The announcement falls in line with the franchises’ goal to become the UK’s leading complete logistics company.

Diamond Logistics managing director, Kate Lester discussed its franchise opportunities:

“We empower our franchise owners to run very profitable businesses and provide extremely comprehensive training, access to proprietary technology and strong relationships with carriers such as TNT, UKMail, Parcelforce and Citylink.

“We are a very dynamic business and our Diamond franchises are proving to be in demand. This is an exciting time to join our organisation.”
