Founded in 2010 by estate agent entrepreneur Russell Quirk, the company has grown rapidly in the last year and says it has sold more than 3,500 properties to date, saving users am estimated £11.5m in fees. Episode 1 led a £1.5m funding round in January 2010 to help the start-up fund its new customer platform, invest in marketing and enhance its customer experience.
