Expertise Homecare celebrates launch with UK-wide franchise opportunities on offer

New home care chain intends to “revolutionise” the sector and “rip up the franchise rule book”

A new home care franchise has launched this week with a goal to “revolutionise” the UK’s home care sector by offering a “unique” franchise model which includes software and systems.

Owned and operated by care specialists Harriet Smith and Natalie Richards, Expertise Homecare offers care and support to people living in their own homes and says it “replaces outmoded and impractical processes” with “technologically-advanced processes”; such as real-time notification systems.

With two franchise territories already under offer, the chain is looking to attract budding entrepreneurs “from all backgrounds” to join its network and intends to have a minimum of 10 franchisees operational in its first year.

It has vacancies across the UK and its franchise packages include a ‘Franchise Starter Pack’ consisting of two week’s training, IT software training, a local launch programme, marketing materials, and a personalised website.

Franchisees will also receive ongoing mentoring and support from the brand’s senior management team.

Expertise Homecare co-founder, Smith, said: “There is a high and growing demand for quality home care in the UK which outstrips current provision. We believe that Expertise Homecare will shape the future of adult healthcare provision through our network of franchisees across the UK.

“We are set to change the way home care is delivered and want all of our franchisees to succeed. The extensive support network we are putting in place will ensure our franchisees are part of a brand that stands out from the start, attracts new business and shapes the future of UK home care.”
