Asperity Employee Benefits Ltd. not only won Service Business of the Year, but scooped the overall prize and was named Natwest Fast Growth Business of the Year 2011. Founder Glenn Elliott explained how he grew his multi-award winning business.<\/p>\n

Judges’ Comments:<\/strong> Just five years’ old, Asperity has recorded highly impressive year-on-year growth of over £80m in 2011. Its balance sheet shows no bank borrowings and no bank debt – and international expansion is well underway. The Reward Gateway flexible benefits service is used by more than 500 businesses already. Clients and employees alike have given a high approval rating and the judges were more than happy to give theirs too.<\/p>\n
