Isis Resources buy up Rhinopharma
Aim-quoted Isis, a natural resources investment firm, has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of Rhinopharma, who are developing new drugs for conditions such as hayfever.
They also plan to change the drug company’s name to Verona Pharma in order to reflect its focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
Hanson Westhouse LLP acted as advisor and broker on the deal, and they have in turn been advised by the Pinsent Masons, the corporate law firm.
The Pinsent Masons team advising Hanson Westhouse LLP was led by corporate partner Jon Harris and assisted by Sean Page.
