James Caan and David Gold headline free Business Startup show

One of the UK’s largest free exhibitions for entrepreneurs is returning to London next week with over 150 confirmed speakers -including James Caan.

The former Dragons’ Den star will headline the twice-annual event alongside serial entrepreneur David Gold, owner of Ann Summers, Knickerbox and West Ham United Football Club.

Startups.co.uk’s own founder and MD of our parent company Crimson Publishing, David Lester, will also give a seminar – drawing on his own entrepreneurial experience to provide advice on starting up in a recession.

Other speakers include the 22-year-old founder of the Young Entrepreneur Society, Carly Ward, and business minister Mark Prisk.

There will also be more than 350 exhibitors at the two-day show, providing start-up advice, resources and opportunities to entrepreneurs.

Business Startup will be held at London Excel from 9am to 6pm on May 17 and 18. Tickets are free and can be ordered on the BStartup website
