UK residential franchise Belvoir continues to grow with its Bury and Oldham franchisees, having acquired local competitor agency Rayson Wilshaw, increases the number of properties it manages to over a thousand.

Franchisees Phil Collett and Chris Roberts joined the chain in 2013 and as a result of the acquisition now have three branches based across the Bury and Oldham area managing over 1,000 properties.

Lettings chain Belvoir claims to have become the largest specialist franchise of its kind in the UK since its launch in 1995 with 160 offices nationwide, and it looks set to hit its target goal of 40 new franchises by 2018.

Its franchise packages start £22,500 (plus VAT) and include a personal business mentor, support with finding premises and marketing, and ongoing training.

Belvoir’s commercial and franchising director, Dorian Gonsalves, commented:

“I would like to offer my congratulations to Collett and Roberts on their acquisition, which has taken Belvoir Bury to a whole new phase in its growth, particularly with the inclusion of residential sales, which is something that many Belvoir offices across the country are now introducing.

“By constantly seeking out acquisition opportunities and supporting our franchise owners, Belvoir is in a very positive position to continue to establish the brand and grow our network nationally.”
