London Technology Week 2016 set for June return

Eileen Burbidge, Rohan Silva and Martha Land Fox sign up to back technology festival

Tens of thousands of global technology entrepreneurs and consumers will descend upon the capital from 20 – 26 June, as the city plays host to the third annual London Technology Week.

Leading tech figures have signed up as ambassadors for what is thought to be Europe’s biggest Technology festival, including Tech City chair Eileen Burbidge MBE, co-founder of Second Home Rohan Silva and Lastminute.com founder Martha Lane Fox CBE.

The ambassadors will take part in a programme of live events designed to promote the city’s thriving tech sector including UnGagged – SEO & Digital Marketing Conference, Tech Talent: Developing Our Future, Innovation Through Interconnection – Creating Competitive Advantage in the Digital Economy.

Other ambassadors include co-founder Sarah Wood, Central Working founder James Layfield and founder of Mind Candy Michael Acton Smith.
