MadeSimple Group acquired by call answering service Moneypenny
MadeSimple’s 45 staff will continue to work in London, benefitting from Moneypenny’s services to boost its offering
MadeSimple Group, the business-to-business (B2B) company, has been acquired by call answering firm Moneypenny.
Founded in 2002 by Startups Awards judge Howard Graham, MadeSimple offers a range of business products and services that help start-ups and small businesses get going and grow.
This includes company formation, virtual offices, website creation, and a recently launched co-workspace in London. The company has worked with more than 650,000 businesses to date.
Moneypenny was founded in 2000 by a brother and sister team and provides telephone answering, outsourced switchboard, live chat and customer contact solutions for businesses of all sizes. It claims to handle over 10 million customer communications for more than 10,000 businesses.
Moneypenny has acquired MadeSimple to expand its digital products and services offering. MadeSimple’s 45-strong team will continue to work in London.
