A remarkable collaboration with Telefonica’s well-established start-up accelerator, Wayra, it invests in new technologies that address challenges outlined by the NHS. Working with start-ups helps MSD to innovate outside of the traditional healthcare models – something they believe is key to identifying new and sustainable ways of delivering patient care.
By dedicating a facilitator for each start-up, MSD is also ensuring that they find either a product or capability-specific route to scale through the organisation, while encouraging customers to get involved in the design and production process.
