London-based consumer generation brand MVF has acquired US technology news website

Part of its ambitious growth plans, MVF previously acquired back in February 2017.

Coming third in the Startups 100 back in 2012, MVF was founded by Titus Sharpe, Tom Morgan, Jules Hopkinson, David Walton and Simon Venturi back in September 2009.

Operating two North London offices, the Young Gun-founded business opened a US office in Austin, Texas in 2015 and, in 2013, topped the Sunday Times Tech Track as the fastest growing tech company in the UK – after achieving compound annual growth of 278% over its first four years of trading.

While in April 2017, it was recognised for its contributions to UK international trade in the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise 2017.

Now generating over 8.4 millon sales leads for its clients annually, this acquisition will expand MVF's presence Stateside – its biggest area of growth.

Founded by Frank Gruber and Jen Consalvo in 2006, started life as a community-building ‘Tech Cocktail' event before transforming into a full-fledged media company with millions of global readers.

The entrepreneurial duo will now turn their attention to advising, investing, and consulting a range of tech organisations.
