MYOB acquire rival Dosh

Software accounting firm MYOB have bought out its rival Dosh, extending their reach across the UK.

The deal, for an undisclosed sum, complements MYOB’s growth strategy in the UK and boosts its customer base, product lines and distribution channels, the company say.

It is a further boost to MYOB who recently struck a deal with PC World to supply its BusinessBasics, Accounting and Accounting Plus software.

Richard Allen, managing director of MYOB UK, said: “The purchase of Dosh is an important step for MYOB in the UK adding to our growing base of small business customers.

“This, combined with our position as a leading provider of solutions for professional accounting firms, ensures MYOB has a solid foundation for delivering enhanced services to British businesses.”
