NatWest launches first of 10 new entrepreneur hubs
Bank plans to roll-out in-branch hubs across the UK with free advice and services to help businesses grow
NatWest has launched the first of 10 new in-branch entrepreneur hubs as part of its aim to support 7,000 UK entrepreneurs over the next five years.
With the first opening in Brighton last week, two more hubs are set to open in Leeds and Bristol this month followed by a further seven in major cities including Newcastle, Manchester and Cardiff next year.
Launched in partnership with KPMG and start-up network Entrepreneurial Spark, the hubs will provide local businesses with free facilities, advice and support to help their businesses grow.
Anna Soubry, minister for small business, commented: “I welcome the opening of RBS’ latest hub in Brighton and the important role it will play promoting enterprise in the region. We will continue to back entrepreneurs across the country and promote schemes that drive innovation and create jobs for hard-working people.”
