Opportunities available to join UK’s first pan-Asian dining franchise
Harrods based restaurant Pan Chai has three franchise models available as part of nationwide roll-out
Luxury pan-Asian restaurant Pan Chai has announced the launch of its franchise division, marking a first for the franchising industry.
Currently based in Harrods food halls, Pan Chai specialises in high-end sushi and pan-Asian dishes targeted at “VIP’s”. Capitalising on its success since launch in 2011, is the luxury restaurant is now looking to expand its offering with nationwide franchise opportunities.
It intends to roll-out its franchise strategy in “affluent locations” across the UK in areas such as London, Manchester and Liverpool with the goal to increase its national exposure and make its brand synonymous with luxury pan-Asian dining.
Currently a provisional member of the British Franchise Association (BFA), the pan-Asian restaurant has three business models on offer; casual dining, quick service restaurants and fine dining.
The cost of these franchise packages will vary according to location and size of property and the package will include training, recruitment support and advice regarding marketing and PR.
Discussing its franchise launch, Pan Chai owner Eddie Lim commented:

Pan Chai director Andrew Lloyd added:
