6. Orange

Europe’s 25 Corporate Startup Stars winner has set about creating the right programmes to maximise its start-up collaboration potential

With a variety of different start-up programmes and significant senior level involvement, global telecommunications provider Orange is collaborating with early-stage companies in a number of ways.

For example, the Orange Startup Ecosystem supports start-ups in over seven countries and four continents, to access their distribution channels, markets and executive expertise.

In order to work with investment-ready start-ups in a faster and more connected way, Orange established Orange Digital Ventures, investing in the technology, telecom and fintech sectors.

Meanwhile Orange Publicis Ventures (Iris Capital) is another example of Orange’s commitment to investing in talent – in this instance, focusing on the digital economy.
