Papa John’s youngest franchisees add new store to growing portfolio

Hitesh Patel and Harry Singh open third outlet in space of eight months

Leading pizza chain Papa John’s has announced that its youngest franchisees Hitesh Patel and Harry Singh have added a new Bristol store to their franchise portfolio, marking their third store opening in the space of eight months.

The duo, both aged just 26, joined the pizza franchise in April this year and run two successful outlets in Derby and Bristol Fishponds.

They intend for the new site, which is based in Cheltenham Road, Bristol, to build on their franchise growth and hope it will benefit from the “brand awareness created by having two shops” already.

Founded in 1984, Papa John’s has over 225 stores across the UK with franchise opportunities in key locations such as Yorkshire, the South West and Manchester.

Franchise packages are available from £177,000 to £225,000 and include a four week “intensive” training programme, the support of a “buddy” Papa John’s franchisee and ongoing advice from the chain’s management team.

Discussing his franchise strategy, Hitesh Patel commented: “Next year will see us building sales through increased marketing and continuing to offer great service and great pizza to our growing customer base.

“Our aim is to open even more Papa John’s in the future so watch this space!”
