Property search provider expands

PSG uses funding to invest in a franchise

Property Search Group (PSG), a national property search provider, has expanded its regional service within the West Midlands, after two Midlands-based entrepreneurs secured seven figure funding from Bank of Scotland Corporate.

The funding has enabled partners Paresh Parmar and Rakesh Kotecha to invest in a franchise of PSG alongside Richard Bray, which will operate under the name PR Legal Services.

PSG specialises in a range of property search services for legal professions, including personal local authority searches, environmental reports, coal mining reports, drainage reports and title indemnities.

Bank of Scotland Corporate were advised by the corporate banking team at Browne Jacobson.

PSG has a network of offices across the UK and last year commissioned over 750,000 property searches.

Senior Partner of PR Legal Services Paresh Parmar, said: “Bank of Scotland Corporate could see the big picture in terms of the potential for the business. The funding we received will also be used as working capital and will enable us to manage the increase in demand for our services.”
