Regus to launch second Belfast city centre site

New location is the beginning of a planned expansion across Belfast and Northern Ireland

Regus, a provider of flexible workspace, has taken over the third floor of Arnott House in Belfast City centre.

The 6,000 square foot site is its second in the city and will provide flexible office space for everyone from entrepreneurs through to “multi-billion dollar corporations”.

Within walking distance of main transport hubs, car parks and Belfast’s main shopping area, the letting marks the start of a number of planned acquisitions across Northern Ireland and its capital city.

Richard Morris, UK CEO, Regus said: “This letting will enable Regus to strengthen its presence in Belfast and get a foothold for further growth into the regions across Northern Ireland.

“There is such diversity in the way office space is used by companies and we are sourcing the best locations to fulfill demand.
