Regus to open its 10th Manchester business centre
New flexible workspace to launch in October in response to “increasing demand”
Global workspace provider Regus has announced plans to open a new business centre in Lowry Mill, Manchester to support “increasing demand for flexible places to work” in the region.
Marking its 10th Manchester location, the new centre will open from October on the Mill’s second floor and will offer a range of part-time and co-working spaces, day offices, full-time serviced offices, meeting rooms, as well as reception and virtual office services.
Regus UK CEO, John Spencer, discussed the launch: “Lowry Mill is an exciting addition to our network in Manchester, providing a new business location with convenient access to the M60 and just 20 minutes north of the city centre.
“We expect strong take-up from local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the North West.”
Lowry Mill Property Manager, Mike Lamplough, added:
“Following a multi-million pound refurbishment, Lowry Mill is ideally equipped for business users, in an attractive setting with superb facilities such as extensive parking and a gym.”
