Renewable energy store Green Square launches franchise opportunity

Like-minded entrepreneurs encouraged to join fast-growing business

Dedicated renewable energy store Green Square has announced the launch of a franchise operation, encouraging like-minded entrepreneurs to facilitate the UK-wide expansion of the brand.

Covered by Just Started in 2013, Green Square supplies and installs renewable energy products and systems in homes and small commercial operations.

Since the launch of its flagship store in Raynes Park, London, the firm has reported a surge in demand with revenues expected to exceed £70,000 in its first year of trading and profits exceeding expectations.

The first three franchisees to join the brand will be offered franchises at a discounted price of £35,000, which Green Square claims could lead to sales of more than £1m over three years.

The investment price includes the cost of ongoing training and support as well as marketing, branding and software.

Richard Hiblen (pictured), founder of Green Square, said: “Wanting to own a franchise isn't quite enough for us.

“We have heavily reduced the initial investment to ensure we attract and work with like-minded people to kick-start Green Square's expansion across the UK.”
