Right at Home shortlisted for Best Franchise Awards 2014

Care chain selected for accolade on back of franchisee satisfaction survey

Home care franchise Right at Home has been shortlisted for the Best Franchise Awards 2014 after coming top in a survey for franchisee satisfaction.

Ran by franchise research organisation Smith & Henderson and sponsored by RBS, the awards are based on an anonymous survey which asks franchisees to assess the training and support provided by their franchisor, the franchise system and the overall franchisee experience.

Right at Home was voted as one the top franchise’s in the category for “£75,000 + investment” and will now join other finalists at the Best Franchise Conference on 27 November where the winners will be announced.

Established in 1995, Right at Home provides care to the elderly and adults with physical disabilities in the “comfort of their own home” and has over 400 locations worldwide with 30 franchises offices in the UK employing over 600 people

It is currently looking to attract new franchisees with packages available for an initial fee of £29, 995 +VAT, which includes ongoing training and support.

Right at Home UK managing director, Ken Dreary, said of the achievement:
