Select Appointments was established in 1980 to offer a high quality, white collar recruitment service in the UK and today is part of the powerful Staffline Group.

Select Appointments have successfully franchised their brand since 1992 and currently have a network of 27 franchised offices with determined plans to grow to 100 locations in the next 5 years.  They have created and developed a British Franchise Association accredited franchise system that allows ambitious business people to follow a proven business structure and benefit from associating with a recognised brand.

Franchisees also have access to a dedicated support network via any of the brand’s four available business models.

These include:

Office Home – an entry level franchise package, which offers new Select franchisees more flexibility to work from a home-based office specialising in permanent vacancy recruitment only. This package can be tailored to provide income in the region of £80,000 to £150,000 in gross profit per annum.

Office Plus – comprises the franchise owner plus one other recruitment consultant working from a low-cost serviced office handling, both temporary and permanent assignments. This model offers the potential to take on additional consultants as the client base expands. Estimated earning potential is £150,000-£250,000 gross profit per annum with two people.

Office 400 – involves an owner/manager with a team of recruiters providing temporary and permanent recruitment services in an area that has a prospective client base to sustain the target income. Aimed at individuals who have the drive and commitment to achieve a minimum of £400,000 in gross profit at a three-year stage.

Office Advance – for people running their own recruitment business that may have stopped short in terms of growth. This enables the business owner to convert to the Select Appointments brand and access their growth accelerator programmes in order to achieve further growth.
