Startups 100 2017 deadline extended: One more week to enter!

Exciting early-stage businesses have until Friday 31 March to enter the official ranking of the UK's top start-ups launched in the last three years

In response to high demand, entries for the Startups 100 2017 – the prestigious index of the UK’s 100 most exciting news businesses – have been extended until Friday 31 March, giving you one more week to submit your entry.

Sponsored by AXA Business Insurance, the Startups 100 index shines a light on innovative and inspiring start-ups launched in the last three years – with disruptive concepts, high-growth potential and promising founders.

Running for its eighth year, inclusion in the list put your business among impressive company with several start-ups previously ranked in the Startups 100 having gone on to become household names such as Deliveroo, ZooplaElla’s Kitchen, and Hello Fresh.

Last year’s Startups 100 index – which was shortlisted for editorial campaign of the year at the British Media Awards 2016 – bestowed peer-to-peer property lender LendInvest with the top spot for its early success in matching retail investors to property entrepreneurs with more than £230m raised in funding.

Family-run sausage company HECK and new car comparison site carwow also ranked among the top 10 in the 2016 index.

To qualify for the Startups 100 2017, your business must be privately owned, UK-based and have started trading on, or after, 1 January 2014.

This year for the first time Startups will host a celebratory dinner for the Startups 100 companies at an exclusive London venue on 22 June.
