In its first seven months, Kennard had already helped to recruit high-calibre individuals for several impressive UK start-ups including payasUgym, onefinestay and Abel & Cole, to name a few. The recruitment company has also focused its efforts on supporting pre-launch businesses to find suitable employees.<\/p>\n
Having created an effective, profitable, brand in just a number of months, the disruptive recruitment company has plans to extend its offering and host its own entrepreneur networking events which will look to enable clients to meet potential employees and market their brand.<\/p>\n

Lovework has only started trading this year and the judges loved Catherine Kennard’s brilliant track record for placing exceptional people into some of the UK’s best entrepreneurial businesses.
