TaxAssist toasts ‘5 star franchisee satisfaction’

Accountancy chain has received positive feedback from its network of 200 franchisees with "outstanding results" for third consecutive year

Small business accountancy franchise TaxAssist has been granted ‘5 star franchisee satisfaction’ for a third year in a row in a survey which polled its network of 200 franchisees.

The franchise satisfaction benchmark, provided by Smith & Henderson, surveys franchisees about their franchise ownership experience and covers questions around training and support, product and services, marketing, franchisor relations, stewardship and rewards.

The accountancy chain will be awarded an overall score with the highest performing franchisors recognised later in the year in the 2015 Best Franchise Awards.

Running for 20 years, TaxAssist claims to be the UK’s largest network of independent accountants which specifically work to help small business owners and it has been recognised as the 24th largest accountancy firm in the country.

It has franchise packages available for a fee of £34,950 +VAT.
