TaxAssist recognised with bfa Qualified Franchise Professional status

Small business accountancy chain's UK recruitment manager Jody Macmillan third member of staff to be awarded with industry-backed qualification

Nationwide accountancy franchise TaxAssist Accountants is celebrating the news that its UK recruitment manager Jody Macmillan (pictured) has been awarded Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP) status with the British Franchise Association (bfa).

QFP status is an industry-recognised qualification which is awarded to individuals with a high level of expertise and experience in franchising alongside an understanding of ethical standards and best practices.

Macmillan, who is responsible for growing the chain’s network of UK franchisees, is the third member of staff to achieve QFP status following CEO Karl Sandall and UK & International franchise development senior manager David Paulson.

Established in 1995, TaxAssist is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized businesses and offers services such as year-end accounts, tax returns, bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll and cash flow projections.

It has a network of almost 200 franchisees across the UK and has new franchise opportunities available for £36,950 + VAT and working capital.
