Telecoms company expand with franchising model

Opus Telecom, the communications supplier, has announced that it is to expand its reach over the UK market by using a franchising model.

The company, based in Alton, Hampshire, says that it is now seeking individuals to take out franchises across the UK.

Opus provides business telephony systems, call routing, as well as line rentals to small, medium and large sized enterprises.

Their move into franchising follows meetings with business consultants the Franchise Doctors.

Tim Ascherl, sales director at Opus Telecom, said: “Franchisees need to be motivated and successful to do a good job.

“While having some experience and knowledge in the telecommunications field would be an advantage it isn’t a ‘must have’ as they will receive full training and ongoing support.”
