The Start-Up Series £150,000 December competition open for entries

If you’re an early-stage UK-registered business with fewer than 25 employees then enter the UK’s largest ever seed funding competition today

Entries for’s December Start-Up Series competition – the UK’s largest ever seed funding competition – open today, giving early-stage companies a chance to win £150,000 in equity investment.

Launched in partnership with Worth Capital, The Start-Up Series gives one company every month the chance to win funding from a £1.8m Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) fund, alongside business support and extensive media exposure.

Entrants must be registered in the UK and owned by a UK resident over the age of 18. Businesses must also have been in operation for 21 months or less, have less than £200,000 in gross assets and fewer than 25 employees.

Should your application be successful, you will be required to submit a detailed business plan and take part in a video interview with Worth Capital. The experienced investor will then select a final winner to take home the £150,000 prize investment.
