Firm advertises potential profits of £83,000 for franchisees in fast-growing field

Thermal imaging surveyor IRT Surveys has announced new franchise opportunities in territories across the UK, offering potential franchisees the chance to join a fast-growing industry sector.

Founded in 2002 by brothers Stewart and Alan Little, IRT Surveys specialises in energy efficiency testing of buildings via non-destructive infrared surveying techniques.

The company claims demand for such services has been rapidly growing in recent years due to climate change and environmental and legislative pressure and has urged franchisees to capitalise on this surge in demand.

IRT Surveys’ franchise package, which costs £24,995 + VAT, includes the cost of technical training in the full range of services the company provides although franchisees will have to purchase their own essential equipment.

The cost also includes full access to the logo and branding of the business as well as initial lead generation support.

IRT claims that one of its franchises has the potential to generate more than £200,000 with profits of £83,000 by its third year of trading.
