TWO MEN AND A TRUCK renews call for UK franchisees for 2016

Removals chain is looking to expand as part of its “franchise territory planning” with opportunities to generate turnover of £270,000 a year

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, the US-based removals franchise is looking to take on new franchisees in the UK as its nationwide market share continues to grow.

As part of its “franchise territory planning”strategy, the chain has promised to ensure that each of its new franchisees will operate in a viable territory of 500,000 people which would equate to 200,000 households and therefore 20,000 moves annually.

The multi-truck management franchise intends for each new franchisee to achieve a 3% market share and claims there is the potential to generate turnover of £270,000 a year.

Founded in the United States in 1985, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK claims to be the fourth-largest removals company worldwide with 300 franchisees operating globally and three franchisees operating in the UK.

It is looking to sign new recruits UK-wide and has franchise packages available for an average cost of £90,000 to £100,000.
