Worldwide crowdfunding infrastructure launches
Crowd Valley Inc has launched, with the aim of providing customers with the tools required to build a crowdfunding platform.
The US-based service released as a spin-off from the GrowVC Group, launches with over 300 existing business customers, following a year of beta testing.
The Crowd Valley platform provides its worldwide customers including universities, angel networks, crowdfunding platforms and incubators with the infrastructure needed to create an investment or start-up community.
Packages include a start-up ecosystem platform, designed to help users build an entrepreneurial network, a rewards-based crowdfunding platform and a licensed investment platform, which enables authorised broker-dealers and financial advisory organisations to build investor networks.
Ranging from $99 per month to $499 per month, the packages are available to Crowd Valley customers worldwide, while an additional equity crowdfunding platform will initially be available exclusively in the US.
Alessandro Ravanetti, co-founder of Crowd Valley commented: “The Crowd Valley platform allows [users] to easily create a start-up and investment community […] with the possibility to connect and partner with other communities and build ecosystems locally and all over the world.”
He explained: “A tangible example of the application is a life sciences marketplace, where a venture fund opens their investments to their network of medical professionals.”
